Synthetic elastic fiber: spandex (as a supporting role, so that the sportswear has the necessary elasticity)
Generally, our elastic pants in the gym and running and women's bra tops are made of "synthetic materials" + "synthetic elastic fibers", because such clothes have good elasticity, and you can feel the tightness of the clothes when you wear them. and pressure, which is helpful for our exercise. Natural materials will not be the first choice at this time, because for example, cotton (cotton) is too sweat-absorbent, but sweat will not be evaporated quickly, then the next You will have a feeling of wet clothes sticking to your body when exercising.
Comfort level: nylon > poly > rayon
That is to say, for a legging of the same price, if the main fabric of one is nylon and the other is poly, then we must choose nylon decisively.
What about the supporting role "synthetic elastic fiber"? Its name is spandex, but now different brand teams have various names for their supporting roles: nike's dri-fit, athleta's lycra, what else is supplex, tactel. In fact, they are all elastic materials, collectively referred to as spandex.
Don't forget these two points when choosing fitness clothes:
1. Don't wear cotton gym clothes.
Cotton clothing has such a good ability to absorb sweat, why is it not suitable for fitness? The ability to absorb sweat is strong, but the ability to wick away sweat is poor. After a lot of sweat, it is all absorbed by the clothes, sticking to the body sticky, and it is ugly. And wearing sweaty clothes for a long time to exercise, the body will not be able to bear it.
Therefore, when choosing the first fitness clothes, we recommend choosing quick-drying fabrics, which have good perspiration and will not feel uncomfortable when sweating!
2. Don't choose gym clothes that are too fat and loose.
Hip-hop has always been popular, but in the gym, we don't recommend choosing overly fat fitness clothes to avoid danger from hooking the fitness equipment.
